Our training in Somatic Attachment Psychodynamics gives you the tools and knowledge needed to:

  • Understanding the causes of the early, unconscious patterns of behavior
  • Awakening our resources/supports here and now to support wounds from the past and transform pain into compassion.
  • Develop specialized therapeutic skills in trauma and attachment.
  • Expand your capabilities and perspectives on the impact of an early loss of attachment and its implication on human nature.

Throughout the training you will explore the dynamics of attachment, according to John Bowlby. And also the results developmental traumas, according to Laurence Heller NARM (Neuroaffective Relational Model).

Discover how attachment dynamics and resulting traumas often cause early, unconscious dysfunctions and patterns of disconnection. Deeply affecting our identity, emotions and psychology. And influencing our behavior and our relationships.

What does Psychodynamic Somatic Attachment (PSA) training offer?

Our training in Somatic Attachment Psychodynamics offers you an intensive theoretical and practical experience (non-cathartic) in the exploration of one's own attachment dynamics, through experiential exercises and group work, and the Neuroaffective Relational Model (NARM).

Throughout the training, you will work on:

> Function of the autonomic and central nervous system.

> Theorie Stephen Porges in relation to social engagement.

> Understanding Co-regulation

> Healthy attachment and disturbance

> Healthy touch

> The cycle of healing and work from top to bottom and vice versa.

Attachment psychodynamics facilitator:

Elisabeth Schneider-Kaiser

Elisabeth Schneider-Kaiser, a renowned therapist in Europe in the field of shock and trauma effects, integrative healing approaches. She is a teacher of NARM, Somatic Experiencig®, ISP, and Attachment dynamics.

She has developed her own training of Somatic Psychodynamics of Attachment.

Trained in Behavioral Activation Therapy, in PCA Client-Centered Therapy with Carl Rogers, in ISP (Integral Somatic Psychology), in Somatic Experience with Peter Levine, and in NARM (Neuroaffective Relational Model). She works primarily with the effects of shock and trauma.

Individualized and group practices with more than 30 years of experience. She conducts Supervisions, Individual Sessions and Seminars in Germany, Italy, Spain and Denmark.

Her work focuses on people. She works with the effects of shock and trauma in rape-abuse, prenatal reflexes and their impulses, embryology, understanding the organs in relation to trauma shock, understanding, etc.

  • 2027, from 10am to 1pm and from 2.30pm to 5.30pm
  • 2028, from 10am to 1pm and from 3pm to 6pm.

Location:  

The first two modules of 2027 will be done online via the Zoom platform.

The second two modules of the 2028 course will take place in person at the Tandem center at 45 Vía Laietana, Barcelona
